Returns

For sanitary purposes, Harper Ray Accessories does not accept returns or exchanges. If you received an incorrect order, please contact Gillian via email at info@shopharperray.com.

Processing of orders begins immediately after an order is placed. Therefore, once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Coupon codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.


Shipping

All orders take 1-3 days to process. Please keep in mind majority of the accessories are handmade. Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail (2-4 day shipping) from Michigan and a tracking number will always be provided. Once you receive a tracking number from Harper Ray Accessories, any questions regarding tracking and shipment must be directed towards USPS. All custom orders are considered a "pre-order" and processing time is listed in the description of the item. All processing times are an estimate and not guarenteed. 


Proper Care

Your jewelry will not tarnish with proper care. Pure water will not cause your jewelry to tarnish, however, tarnishing is possible if your jewelry is introduced to sweat, oils, and chemicals. Try to keep it away from salt water, too! Keep your jewelry in the velvet pouch it came in when you are not wearing it. FYI: I wear my Classic Nameplate every day, no matter what, I never take it off (unless I'm wearing some other Harper Ray goodies, of course). At the gym, in the pool, in the ocean. Since it's 18k gold plated, it doesn't tarnish, no matter what I'm doing. At Harper Ray Accessories we will always put our best effort fourth when it comes to the quality of our jewelry.
